Questions about pricing

When do paid plans start?

After the beta. Everyone in the beta hears first, with plenty of notice, and keeps a founding price.

Do I need a credit card for the beta or the trial?

No. Free needs no key at all. During the beta, a Personal, Team or Site license is free for a year: give us your email in the form below or on the Download page, and we'll email you a key. The 14-day Team trial starts from inside the app.

What happens if a license ends?

Nothing is deleted. Your chats, memory and files stay on your computer, and Arix goes back to Free until the license is renewed.

Can we move Arix to a new computer?

Yes. Remove the license on the old computer and add it on the new one, or ask us and we'll move it.

How is Arix One priced?

Per business, because every Arix One is its own private server. We'll talk through what you need and give you a clear price.
