Install Arix for Windows

A few minutes. It installs for your own Windows account, with no IT and no administrator needed. The picture guide is on Download Arix for Windows.

#What you need

• A PC with Windows 11.
• To run the AI on the PC itself, a strong graphics card helps, and Arix tells you if yours is up to it. Any PC works with a cloud key or with your office computer.
• Nothing else: no account, no license. Arix is free on one PC.

#Download and open it

1. Go to arixone.com/download and click Download for Windows. It lands in your Downloads folder.
2. Double-click the downloaded file.

#If Windows shows a blue box

Windows may stop it with Windows protected your PC, because it hasn't seen Arix many times yet. Nothing is wrong.

1. Click More info.
2. Click Run anyway.

#Set it up

Welcome to Arix asks for your name, a username and a password (8 characters or more), just for Arix. Click Create my account.

Then choose where the AI runs:

• On this PC: Arix installs the AI and the models that suit your PC. What you ask stays on the PC.
• In the cloud: add a key from your own account with a cloud AI service. You pay them for what you use, and what you ask leaves the PC for that service.
• Set up later, if you're not sure yet.
